【摘要】:ThispartofISO16200givesgeneralguidanceforthesamplingandanalysisofvolatileorganiccompounds(VOCs)inair.ThispartofISO16200isapplicabletoawiderangeofVOCs,includinghydrocarbons,halogenatedhydrocarbons,esters,glycolethers,ketonesandalcohols.AnumberofdevicesandsorbentsarerecommendedforthesamplingoftheseVOCs,eachsorbenthavingadifferentrangeofapplicability.NOTEActivatedcoconutshellcharcoalisfrequentlyused.Verypolarcompoundsmayrequirederivatization;verylowboilingcompoundswillonlybepartiallyretainedbythesorbentsandcanonlybeestimatedqualitatively.Semi-volatilecompoundswillbefullyretainedbythesorbents,butmayonlybepartiallyrecovered.ThispartofISO16200isvalidforthemeasurementofairbornevapoursofVOCsinaconcentrationrangeofapproximately1mg/mto1000mg/mindividualorganicforanexposuretimeof8h.Theupperlimitoftheusefulrangeissetbythesorptivecapacityofthesorbentusedand,subjecttodilutionoftheanalysedsolution,bythelineardynamicrangeofthegaschromatographcolumnanddetectororbythesamplesplittingcapabilityoftheanalyticalinstrumentationused.Thelowerlimitoftheusefulrangedependsonthenoiselevelofthedetectorandonblanklevelsofanalyteand/orinterferingartefactsonthesamplingdevicesorinthedesorptionsolvent.Artefactsaretypicallysub-nanogramforactivatedcharcoal,buthigherlevelsofaromatichydrocarbonshavebeennotedinsomebatches.
