【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdescribesamethodfordeterminingtheskidresistanceofasurfacebymeasurementofthelongitudinalfrictioncoefficientLFCN.Themethodprovidesameasureofthewetskidresistancepropertiesofaboundsurfacebymeasurementofthelongitudinalfrictioncoefficientusingacontinuousreadingbrakedwheelfixed-slipdevice.Thetesttyreisdraggedoverapre-wettedpavementundercontrolledspeedconditionswhilethetesttyreisparalleltothedirectionofmotionandperpendiculartothepavement.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcoverstheoperationoftheRoadAnalyserandRecorderofNorsemeter(ROAR).Thefixedslipratiois20%.AmachineconformingtothegeneralcharacteristicsoftheROARandthespecificprovisionsofthisTechnicalSpecificationmayalsobeusedforthetests.Inadditiontofrictionmeasurements,todeterminethemacrotextureofthepavementsurfacealasersystemisused.Thissystemisplacedinfrontofthetowingvehicleinordertomeasurethemacrotexture(meanprofiledepth-MPD)ondrypavementsandonthesamepathastheskidresistancemeasurementisdone.ThestandardforthismeasurementandthedeviceisdescribedinENISO13473-1.Theskidresistanceofapavementisdeterminedbyfrictionmeasurementsandmeasurementsofpavementtexture.Theskidresistancemaybereportedeitherasfrictionmeasurementorasacombinationoffrictionandtexturemeasurements.
