【摘要】:ThispartofISO1179specifiesdimensions,performancerequirementsandtestproceduresfornon-adjustableandadjustablelight-duty(Lseries)studendswithISO228-1threadswithsealingbyO-ringwithretainingring(typesGandH,respectively).Light-duty(Lseries)studendsinaccordancewiththispartofISO1179maybeusedatworkingpressuresupto31,5MPa(315bar)fornon-adjustablestudends(typeG)andupto20MPa(200bar)foradjustablestudends(typeH).Thepermissibleworkingpressuredependsuponsize,materials,design,workingconditions,application,etc.ConformancetothedimensionalinformationinthispartofISO1179doesnotguaranteeratedperformance.EachmanufacturershallperformtestingaccordingtothespecificationcontainedinthispartofISO1179toassurethatcomponentsmadetothispartofISO1179complywiththeperformanceratings.NOTE1ThispartofISO1179appliestoconnectorsdetailedinISO8434-2.NOTE2TheintroductionofthispartofISO1179givesrecommendationsforportsandstudendstobeusedfornewdesignsinhydraulicandpneumaticfluidpowerapplications.
